Video Chat With 50 People On WhatsApp - learn apart

Facebook last month announced a new feature 'Messenger Rooms' for 'Facebook Messenger'.  Now, this feature can also be used directly through WhatsApp and Instagram. 

This feature has been seen in the beta version of Android.  Details of how this feature can be used on WhatsApp have been released and the FAQ page has been updated, which can help you know how to create Facebook rooms and share links.

 Let me tell you that, like Google Meet, you can also make video calls with 50 people simultaneously through 'Facebook Rooms'.  Let's know how you can use this feature on WhatsApp:

How to Create a Facebook Room 

• For this, first open WhatsApp and after tapping on the Calls tab, you will get the option to 'Create a Room'.  If you want to try another method for this, then open Individual or Group Chat, then you can go to the room option by clicking on the attached icon with the paperclip.  Also, after opening the group chat, tap on the group call option, then you can create the room.  Let us know that this option will be available only when the number of members in a group chat is five or more. 


• Now the option of 'Continue in Messenger' will appear in the pop-up window.  You have to click on it.  This will take you out of WhatsApp to the Messenger app.  Then here if you are using Facebook Messenger, then it has to be updated with the latest version.  If you have not yet logged on to Messenger, then log it in via Facebook account.



 • After that you have to tap on the 'Try it' option, then you can create a room with your name.  There is also an option to customize the room activity according to its purpose.


 • Then tap on 'Send Link on Whatsapp' to reopen WhatsApp.  After this, tap on the arrow to select the contacts or group to share the room link.  The link will appear in the text field.  In this way, you can add people and make video calls to 50 people on WhatsApp.  Currently, this feature is available in the beta version of WhatsApp.

Now you can save contacts through QR scan as well

A new feature is coming on WhatsApp so that new contacts will be easily added by simply scanning the QR code.  However, such a feature is already available on Snapchat and Instagram.
 This feature is present on WhatsApp Android and iOS Beta version, but now its stable version is expected to be released to all users soon.

How this feature works

When this feature comes in your WhatsApp, then it will show the user their contact through QR code.  Let us know that your number is hidden in this QR code.  With this, you will be able to scan the QR code of another user.

 In the beta version, users can access the QR code through the Settings menu.  When you go to Settings, you will see the QR Code icon next to the Profile icon.  Click on this icon, you will see the QR code on the screen. 

If you want to scan another user's code, then you have to tap on the 'Scan Code'.  After this, you will be able to add contacts through QR code.  According to a report by WABetaInfo, this feature has been introduced in Android Beta version 2.20.171
