How to get over the fear of loneliness

How to get over the fear of loneliness

Due to physical distance we are trapped within the walls of houses.  Living the life of a monk in the 21st century.  This physical distance is compulsory but the mind has suffered the most from it.

Loneliness dominates.  But loneliness and solitude are not the same thing.  Yes, loneliness is definitely a link to solitude.  As illustrated by the paintings of American painter Edward Hopper, how loneliness can produce closeness to one's own situations.

There is peace of solitude in the mountain caves, so you can feel lonely in the crowd.  In fact, we understand the need for closeness differently.  Feel lonely only when that need is not met.  However, the feeling of loneliness in society is a taboo.

The pain on its part is considered inferior.  It is socially linked to failure.  But this is not completely true in this phase of quarantine/isolation.  It is important to know how loneliness works and how we can protect ourselves from its bad sides.

Loneliness is a subjective feeling, says social neurologist John Cacioppo of the University of Chicago.  Loneliness in itself is not a fact.  According to John, loneliness is the state when a person begins to overcome the warmth of friendship.

He gets caught in the confused circle of mind and misinterprets everything in the society.  It starts being alienated from everything.  Even in Internet and phone conversations, the answer becomes unusually sad.  He feels it is all over.  There is nothing left for love.

Actually, the need to be connected at this time is the central need.  Do yoga related to breathing.  Connect with nature.  Look at the new leaves.  Look at the cloud and feel the fragrance and taste of what you are receiving.  Nature is following its own rule, see to it.  Will realize that the fear of loneliness is reducing.

This loneliness was deeply understood by British writer Virginia Wolf.  He also wrote it in his diary in 1929, 'If I can catch this feeling then I will say that it is a real world song.  Due to this peace of loneliness, man is able to live in the world.

It is noteworthy that Wolf had been ill for a long time and he completed many of the shaking works on his bed.  Art is the most prosperous and influential consolation at this time.  Novels, pictures or movies, etc. have a magical ability that keeps you connected to innumerable stranger things.

It is like meeting and seeing.  Love cannot be told only by touch.  It can also live among the unfamiliar.  It can travel through words written in books.  Although it would be strange to say that with their help we can live comfortably with loneliness.  Strange thing, but it keeps us on the normal plane of the human world.

Some people are getting scared at the moment, waiting for normal days, but some are happy to be in the midst of all this and are spending their time in a better way.
