How To Enhance Leadership Skills In Simple Ways - learn apart


The Corona crisis has redefined life and routine, while also indicating new opportunities. It is time to understand this opportunity and prepare ourselves for it.  

I believe that at this time, we should focus most attention on our imagination and learning something new because the challenges are the one who enhances the leadership and keeps motivating us to move forward.  .  .


Keeping these conditions in mind, I have formulated the 'Lockdown and Leadership Framework'.

 There are seven main points which are as follows:

1.  Train the mind: 


Our mind is full of energy reserves.  Everything we do is the result of imagination.  So get up in the morning and train your mind first.

Fill your mind with positive thinking, life values, goals, and new imaginations.

You can also imagine those days which have been very positive and successful for you to fill yourself with enthusiasm.

 You can wake up in the morning and imagine your whole day, like what I will do throughout the day, how I will approach work and how I will talk to people, etc.

Training your mind is a science that fills you with positivity and makes your whole day energized.


2.  Exercise: 


Do physical exercise for 30 minutes every morning.  It transmits new energy in your body and removes the negative waves that arise in the mind.

Exercising regularly makes you feel refreshed throughout the day.  Keep in mind that there are many more people in our lives with whom we are connected and all our actions are also interlinked.

 When you feel refreshed, then you also bring your positive energy to other people. So include exercise in your routine



 3.  Not watching the news, choosing the news: 


 To cover the corona virus disease, there is a competition in the media to overtake one another.

In such a situation, it is important to stay away from spicy news.  Keep in mind that news leaves a deep impression on our minds and they control our emotions.


If the fear of news is spreading fear, frustration, and negativity, then we should avoid seeing or reading such news.  These news have a bad effect on our mind and make us desperate.

So try to read and watch general news.  Read or watch newspapers or news channels that do not serve such spicy news.  See only news from official - reliable sources on the disease like the corona virus.

This will give us the correct information, will not waste our time, and will also avoid unnecessary stress.



4.  Building an office at home 


In this era of 'work from home', the time has come for us to make a habit of working from home and accept it.

For this, it would be best to use any corner of your house dedicatedly only for office work.

Organize this place according to yourself and keep all the necessary things there.  While working there it should feel like you are working not from home, but from office.

In addition, you can keep a family photo on your desk.  This will give you inspiration and happiness throughout the day.


5.  Physical distance, not to be away from people:


 Our Prime Minister Narendra Modi continuously requested the people of the country to maintain proper physical distance to avoid Corona.

However, this does not mean that we keep a distance from our family and loved ones, friends, colleagues.  There can never be a better time to use this means of communication.

By using these tools you can stay connected with your close ones and reduce this distance.  You can contact them through phone calls, video calls, or any available medium.

 In this way, you can also share information and interact with people while following the rule of physical distance.

By doing this you will stay away from stress and you will get happiness.  This way you can also build rapport with your team and motivate them.  When talking to team members, use positive words, and empower them.

 I appreciate their work.  listen to them . Give them ample opportunity to speak.  Keep in mind that your words can also be encouraging and discouraging.


 6.  Utilization of time: 


 Currently, many companies are insisting on training their employees and spending a huge amount on them.

 It is also right to do so because the 'empty mind is the devil's house'.  If we sit completely empty, do nothing new, nothing will come to our mind except despair and negativity.


Training is also necessary because every day new businesses are entering the market.

Therefore, business leaders have a great opportunity to make good use of this lockout time.

Business leaders can use this time in many ways:

• Review the customer's database and correct the information in it.

• Review the work process.

• Make plans to create new products.

• Think about the next stage of business.  See how the company and the business can move fast in the midst of these challenges.

• Gather information about other companies and review their business model.  In this way, you can consider and implement all aspects to enhance your work and business.


 7.  Spending time with family:
  

  Every person has a desire to spend 'quality time' with their family and give them full time.

 Nothing can be better for giving time to your spouse and other family members.  Help them in their work, sit with them, play games, eat, and do what they like.

  This way you can keep your family happy and save them from boredom too.  Use this period as a long vacation and imagine that you are out with the family, not at home.

 In this way, new energy can flow throughout the family and can fill them with enthusiasm.

Conclusion :


As I said in the beginning, each of our activities is linked to another activity.  Therefore, make yourself more capable than ever and discover your new form.

 Identify new opportunities that are coming up.  Accordingly, he insists on developing skills.  In this way, you can enjoy 'living every moment' by adopting the above seven points.

People who live every moment never look back.  Success always kisses his steps.

 Also, learn something new every day.  It will make you mentally strong.
